You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent or harmful, or infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time without notice.
3. Data Products — Licence
When you purchase a data product from Park&Rec Data, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data for your own internal business purposes only. This licence is for a single organisation. You may import the data into your own CRM, email marketing platform, or sales tools for use by your team.
4. Permitted Use
You may use purchased data to contact businesses and individuals in the dataset for legitimate B2B marketing, sales outreach, and business development purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the data, including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and any other anti-spam or data protection laws applicable in the regions you are targeting.
5. Restrictions
You must not: (a) resell, sublicence, redistribute, or share the data with any third party outside your organisation; (b) use the data to build a competing database product; (c) publish or publicly disclose the data in any form; (d) use the data for consumer marketing, political campaigning, or any purpose other than legitimate B2B outreach; or (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices in the data files.
6. Data Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to verify and maintain the accuracy of our data. However, B2B contact data changes over time and we do not warrant that every record is accurate, complete, or current at the time of delivery. We recommend verifying records before large-scale outreach campaigns. Our liability for inaccurate records is limited as set out in Section 9.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — is the property of BtoB DataBoxx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
8. Payment & Refunds
All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full before data is delivered. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once data has been delivered. If you believe there is a material error in your order, please contact us at sales@parknrecdata.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BtoB DataBoxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any data product. Our total liability to you in connection with any data purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sacramento County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or any data product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
